Raanan Rein is Sourasky Professor of Latin American and Spanish History
and head of the Center for International and Regional Studies at Tel
Aviv University. Jeffrey Lesser is SC Dobbs Professor of History and
director of the Tam Institute for Jewish Studies at Emory University.
Professors Rein and Lesser are co-editors of Rethinking Jewish-Latin
Americans (University of New Mexico Press) and Rein has just published
Argentine Jews or Jewish Argentines: Essays on Ethnicity, Identity and
Diaspora (Brill).
